Interval training is one of the most efficient ways to exercise. Each exercise needs to be done as many times as you can for 30 seconds.  The plank pose should be held for 30 seconds.  You should pause for 10 seconds between each exercise.  If you have the energy...don't stop.  Do it as a cycle with 2 or 3 repeats.  Get you heart moving.

A Little Old Stadium
Built in 1938

On May 18 and 19 of 2013 our Team went to Hoquiam Washington to participate in the Roger Jump Tournament.

On our first day we destroyed our first team winning 15-5. Then we played later that night and lost 8-4. On day 2 we played the team we lost the night before winning 5-4 in the last inning. Our next game in the afternoon we lost 3-0. We were out of the Tournament.

It was time to head back home.

On this blog I am able to use what I have learned in my Tech course.  I can use different fonts, colors, and size of fonts.  I am able to center my work.  I know that it is important to make the site pleasing by adding pictures and by checking my spelling by using spell check.
